ΤΑΡϹΕΩΝ ΜΗΤΡΟΠΟΛΕΩϹ City-goddess, turreted and veiled, seated left, holding palm frond in her right hand; to left at feet, river-god Kydnos, crowned with wreath of sedge, swimming left; all within laurel wreath. Prieur 760. RPC III 3261. A very well struck coin with a splendid portrait. Minor graffito on the reverse, otherwise, good extremely fine.
